Hi my name is Aviwe Matiwane, I am a palaeobotanist and ecologist. Growing up I've always been fascinated by nature, particularly plants and where they come from. I love the mystery behind fossil plants..In short I'm a plant detective #BlackInNature #blackinstem #stem #scicomm

Ha, stage 6 with a possibility of stage 8? South African politicians do not care about us. How could they when they don’t experience blackouts because their homes have back up power systems. They don’t know the pain of throwing away food and then have no means to buy more. Tsek

1. Check that your students know when they should get their first paycheck, and check in with them to make sure they receive it. Tell them who to talk to if they don't. Make it clear you'll put pressure where you can if there's any problems.
