The core issue is perception of value flow. Right now it feels like users are pushed into a loop of chasing outcomes rather than actually building something they can walk away with — which is where the ‘house always wins’ feeling comes from.
Even when you’re stacking gold or hitting on cards, it’s not always clear what that translates to in real terms, so the experience leans more toward recycling value than earning it.
That said, the concept is strong and the UX is clean — it just needs that sense of real, user-side upside to fully click.
