Then @MoistCr1TiKaL makes a joke that @REALMizkif may have experince giving oral to men. Mizkif later admitted that he's given oral to trans women before. That leads me to believe that Penguinz0 was subtly threatening Mizkif with blackmail or trying to make him inferior.
Both of these people (@MoistCr1TiKaL, @REALMizkif) are notoriously insecure, and it really comes across that deeply insecure men will assure themselves that they're actually powerful and cool by sexually dominating or raping women and using it as currency to put each other down.
