The man was also not "cleared". The migrant had already admitted to kissing the child and saying he thought she was 18-years-old.
The child was in state care, the state was responsible for the child when it happened. They dropped the charges and haven't told us why.

Sadly, we have been informed that the number of martyrs from the terrorist attack on St Georgeโs Church in Jordan has risen from 7 to 9.
