They were so arrogant to think they were going to be found not guilty, and that they will win the subsequent appeal, I can imagine they are arrogant enough to have continued their ‘Sham’ financial reporting from 2018 to today. Investigation number two will be even worse imo.
The Independent reports a growing number of Premier League executives want Manchester City investigated for the seasons since 2018. The commission found City and its Abu Dhabi sponsors were related parties. Did that relationship stop in 2018? Nobody has shown it did.

Hearing took place 2 weeks ago. If City unsuccessful, sanctions will be imminent.
No reason why they can't do this from the first minute. Apply the same logic. Start the game like you're losing 2-0 & go for it. Get on the front foot. Win the duels. Press. You'd get that extra man from the crowd for 90 mins instead of 30. Maybe they learnt something last night.
"We had nothing more to lose - that's the unfortunate situation that we are in - and we had to just really go at it"
"The crowd came with us and pushed us forward, and once you create that energy inside a stadium like this, it's really tough for the opponents"
