π¨ It's almost certain that Carrick will be in charge of the team for the UCL match against Roma. #mufc
π¨π¨| @FabrizioRomano on why Manchester United decided to give Carrick more time:
βThe intention from the club is to put responsibility on the PLAYERS.
There are people on Unitedβs board who believe the common thinking around the club is that when things donβt go well, okay, the manager is out, and the players arenβt held responsible.
United want to show this group of players that they also need to take RESPONSIBILITY.β#mufc π³

π¨ Michael Carrick stays for now. Let's hope the board aren't keeping him just because of the cost of sacking him and hiring a replacement. That would be an absolute disgrace. π
They should have considered the cost before giving him the job and failing to back him in the summer. You can't keep making decisions based off the pitch and expect results to improve on the pitch.
Chelsea are next. Hopefully, all this noise around Carrick ends here because we have to WIN that game. No excuses. #mufc
