Hi, so there are two options: UnityMol features the IMD protocol and can connect to a simulation software that supports it. So you could do docking via MD and hook up Gromacs or NAMD. There is also a simple interactive docking mode built in for protein-protein and more.

I just fixed a bug in my Unity package for super fast neighbor search using an uniform grid. This is a port of GPU algorithm, nearly all computation is done in parallel. github.com/nezix/NeighborSea…
