A lot of ppl took advantage of the fact that you weren’t around to defend yourself and took that as an opportunity to drag your character through the mud. They said countless malicious things about you and spread heavy LIES to anyone who would listen thinking they were slick but are now having HEAVY regrets bc people REMEMBER what these ppl were saying about you and NONE of it is adding up. They’re back tracking their statements and getting caught in lies bc they said tooo many to remember. They tried to tell folks that you were crazy, mentally ill, and even simply thought you were “too good” to be around certain ppl when the truth was you weren’t around bc you refused to put up with their betrayal and abuse.

You are not obligated to give grace to ppl who purposely disrupted your world. Some ppl went out of their way to ruin your relationships, fuck up your stability, tried to make you homeless, made sure you had nobody to call for help, lied on you to everybody who would listen and tried to line you up and ONLY want to be a part of your life again bc you did not die. The things they intended for you- you were NEVER supposed to recover from and not only did you recover, you rebirthed yourself better than before and only want a way back in to control the trajectory of your NEW reality. Pay these ppl dust. Certain things you will NEVER forget, and certain ppl will NEVER be able to connect with you ever again.

When it comes to #grief, remember this ..
You have not broken a bone.
There is no default treatment,
no cure,
no timeline
for your healing.
You cannot strap your heart to the heart next to it and hope that it mends itself.
You cannot wrap it in a cast
and protect it from further breaking.
You cannot rest it for weeks or months.
You cannot rely on your other heart like you might a leg or an arm.
You have not broken a bone.
And yet, like a broken bone, your heart will always now have a vulnerable spot.
A bruise, a burn, a scar.
And just as your arm can still ache after breaking
when it has been holding too much for too long,
so your heart may ache.
When it has been holding too much. For too long.
But just as your once-broken arm can still hold things and your once-broken leg can still dance, so your heart will learn to carry you forward.
Even when it aches.
