Any doctor in the UK in support of totally random allocation for any other grouping of doctors should be the first ones to offer themselves to go to whichever place in the UK is in "greatest need" of their expertise. After all, all patients deserve care from our brightest.

Do the people in these areas not deserve care from our allegedly brightest? The F 1 s are trained to give help why shouldn't they be sent to these areas

Sounds like it's their training needs to focus on basics first
How many ST3 Urology trainees can expect to be on the console in a robotic case day 3 of their job? Perhaps our training and exposure this side of the pond needs an overhaul...

If non inferior I presume equivalence for local surgery to tele surgery therefore OK to carry on doing it locally. Is there a suggested role for tele surgery ?

are they expecting an invasion?
Prosper is a town of 38,000. When we say defund the police we mean stop using the money we could spend on our communities on absurd military vehicles for cops.

A quick reference back to the much lauded Australian system - it only works because almost half of population have private insurance in part mandated and a high percent of many procedures performed in private hospitals People pay their own insurance with some tax breaks

actually base "consultant" salaries in NSW 200-300$ at best so similar to nhs or a little higher
not in Sydney if public. no way near x10. maybe x 2 private practice will multiply it

i agree entirely. Danger of seeing grass greener elsewhere when stuff can be fixed if politicians willing and capable. Uk and Australia both have fine systems both struggling but hopefully fixable for patients and those caring for them

Go back and look at the Balfour declaration and the US entering world war 1. Israel has been a well thought out plan. nitter.gq/uncommonsince76/status…

Sorry Hash this is one of the most offensive clinician to clinician messages I have seen ( and there are a few) You don t deserve such abuse A more measured intelligent debate would be appropriate
You really do make some offensive comments. It is truly outrageous and should be called out by colleagues in radiation oncology for them, I have no desire to debate with people who stoop to such lows.

If buying Australian flags is so important to you, what did you do to your last one?

In Australia voters have to show ID ( and voting is compulsory) What is the problem?
Make no mistake: the Tories’ introduction of voter ID is designed to rig the next election by stopping younger and historically marginalised people from voting. Do not let them. Sign up for your free photo ID now and RT to spread the word ⬇️ gov.uk/apply-for-photo-id-vo…
