I’ve been seeing the discussion around FinCEN’s latest action involving MEXC and honestly, I think it’s important to separate the facts from the panic spreading online. From the public information available, the action is focused on fund transfers between U.S. financial institutions and MEXC Global. That does not automatically mean users’ accounts or assets are being frozen, and it should not be treated as proof that the platform is shutting down. The order also does not take effect immediately, so there is still time for more information and official updates to come out. As a user, I’d rather wait for confirmed facts than make decisions based on rumors or screenshots circulating on social media. MEXC is still a major platform with significant trading activity, so this is definitely something worth watching closely.
