Yeah but.. the costs currently covered by standing charges will not disappear. Instead, they will be transferred to the unit rate customers pay for the gas they use.

Latest leak/news is thet the Warm Home Discount will be raised from £150 to £250. It is an amount taken off one winter electricity bill for people on Universal credit or similar, Pension Credit, or Housing Benefit. It happens automatically in Eng, Wales but claim needed in Scot. Does not extend to NI.

I see Brand's videos as attempts to trivialise the case. If convicted, I hope the sentence reflects this.

Royal Mail is in crisis. Staff are leaving in their hundreds every week, workloads are becoming unmanageable and communities are being let down.
