Proud of our local champions who are holding their first AGM tonight at @PlusDane Bromley Farm Wellbeing Hub. Our residents have been instrumental in bringing a sense of pride, access to support and a feeling of togetherness in the community.

#TimeToTalk Day is all about having conversations.
But sometimes, speaking to people you know about your mental health can be too tough. And that's ok.
Here are some people you can talk to if you'd rather speak to someone you don't know 💙

I reiterate my appeal for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire, together with the unconditional release of hostages & the delivery of relief at a level corresponding to the dramatic needs of the people in Gaza, where a humanitarian catastrophe is unfolding in front of our eyes.

55 people killed in Gaza over night. Over 4,400 dead. At least 1,200 children murdered. No body bags left. Coffins trucked in as ‘aid’. We are witnessing ethnic cleansing & genocide.
War crimes on an unimaginable scale.
History will be damning of Biden, Sunak & Starmer.

We cannot stand by as Gaza is decimated.
Today, we gathered in our thousands to mourn the loss of innocent lives, Israeli and Palestinian.
We will keep marching until our political leaders wake up: ending the occupation is the only way to achieve a just and lasting peace.

I am very pleased that both benefits and the state pension are being increased by the 10.1% September inflation rate. It only happens from next April, and it will still be hard for many, but if it was less than this it would've been devastating.
