Seriously, I actually feel for Michael Carrick because the man is caught in the middle of a mess he probably never expected to find himself in at Manchester United.
The way things are going, you almost wonder if the people running this club are waiting for the situation to become unbearable.
We all know Carrick has a responsibility to get results, but watching a club legend go through this while the board continues to struggle with its own decisions is frustrating.
This is the same club Carrick served with pride for years, and now his name could end up taking the biggest hit while the people upstairs just sit watching.
