God I hate that we lost this man from Congress. All because Trump’s got his depends in a twist over the fact that Good wouldn’t bend and kiss his orange ass enough. Trump is a malignant cancer for conservatives nationwide. Cut him loose.
Gotta start by acknowledging that Trump was and is the problem. Quietly whispering it won’t do it. We need to pick up the pieces of the conservative movement, and fight for a renewed Republican Party with principles that stands for something besides Trump. He has destroyed the party and he lost this election (helped by the 95% of obedient R’s).
My county in VA is one that passed a 1% sales tax increase on food/household goods purchased that is alleged to go towards fixing the county school buildings. It’s set to be in place for 20 years unless voters decide otherwise. I need to get the hell out of this place. 🙄🤡😳

It’s amazing to me to see people actually BEGGING the government to do the impossible. Make time and light. How brainwashed have we become as a society to actually believe the Government can give us more natural light?!?
People have zero trust for the government. My question is why do we allow them to determine what time our clock says? Why be fooled into believing switching the time by an hour gives us more light? It doesn’t. Seasons do that. DST is a psychological fallacy that needs to end.

DST is a psychological tool. It has convinced people that it equals more light. Why? Because it’s used during the l months when sunlight is becoming more abundant. Naturally people come to equate DST as something that is giving us more sunlight throughout the year.
Even if the government moved to remain on DST year round, people would ultimately be upset to realize it does not give us more light in the dead of winter b/c it does not create more light it simply changes the clock time will the amount of light is still decreasing in AM & PM.
