Aaron Siri uncovered a bombshell internal document proving the CDC knew exactly what injuries the Covid shots would cause all the way back in November 2020.

While OPP Superintendent Morris provided intelligence of benign crowd behaviour, the OPP Emergency Response Teams went in heavy, assaulted and abused peaceful protesters and pointed firearms at people as they engaged. The justification was ruled illegal based upon copious submissions of objective evidence.
The OPP Commissioner has yet to explain this and numerous other illegal inconsistencies and processes against lawful Canadians.

Courts still function well in most daily operations. It's political influence at the Provincial and Federal levels on issues that counter a dominant narrative that are most difficult to reach an objective and fair ruling.
Covid lockdowns, vaccine injuries, native issues, climate change... lies are still accepted as truth.
In this case, Canadians will have a clearer understanding of a required threshold to enact the EMA the next time a large group protests peacefully in a public space.
Either the government needs to exceed the specific threshold or the current bar will be lowered.
