Since people ask this a lot, most hobbyists & entry level folks would probably be more than happy with a refurbished M1 or M1 Max machine. We still have first gen M1 Mini (16 GB / 1 TB) as one of our active dev machines.

The Blur Faces and Pixelate Faces effects can be used to obscure faces, or flipped around to hide the background.

The Remove Background effect uses person segmentation to automatically remove the area behind any detected people. Output as a mask for more complex image composition possibilities!
