"freeloaders" is fucking crazy ohmygod.
lurkers, we love you. you do not have to contribute art to a fandom to be a part of it. Engaging with your community is enough.
EVERYONE is too fucking entitled. We are all fans. No one is better than anyone else for what they contribute

as an ao3 writer, i'm not looking to get "fandom famous" or for my stuff to get millions of kudos. all i want is to know if people who read my stuff LIKE it and maybe WHY they like it. i don't care about "engagement" so much as i care about human fucking interaction.

you are all going to hell. as someone who DOES contribute to fandom as a writer, fuck you. people are allowed to exist in fandoms simply to consume content. it’s a community. it’s a safe place. it’s people’s way of learning about their identity or simply their place to have fun. you don’t get to dictate if someone is “productive” enough.
fuck. you.

dear filipino oomfs,
utang na loob matuto na kayo sa susunod na eleksyon. if we're gonna ask americans to vote better then it's just right that we walk the talk. tigilan niyo na ang pagboto sa mga corrupt at walang kwentang tao nyemas
sincerely,
a pagod filipino oompf
