A great afternoon learning about the methods of production in N5/H Business. The pupils had the opportunity to create biscuits using job, batch and flow production. After the activity we looked at the products and commented on quality and quantity - well done! @VoL_Academy

Our S2's were asked to design a food truck that could be used at festival. Gemma has made a fantastic video that displays her business and admin skills, as well as making us all want Pasta! Thanks to @MissMcKayBusEd for helping us prepare this unit together.
