You know, I’ve actually been thinking about this quite a lot.During all my time playing the game I never once watched cards that I didn’t have on my own account.I always pulled on every banner including all the multi-banners.That was my personal rule.Only what I had on my account. No exceptions But with the previous multi-banner I watched the cards on YouTube for the first time.And the interesting thing is-I didn’t even like what I saw🙄Then I sat there thinking: why did I even watch it?The game doesn’t bring me joy anymore I don’t want to spend money on it, so why am I even watching something for free that I’ve already decided to walk away from? And if we go back to our conversation…There are different creators,different situations and I don’t want to lump everyone together.But sometimes, when I see yet another person with all the new cards who also calls themselves a boycott supporter I get this strange feeling. It’s like some people are giving up something they loved while others continue getting everything just as they always did and on top of that, they receive support from the very same community.Sometimes it almost feels like they’re mocking us although I understand that not everyone has that intention. Maybe we should be supporting those who actually stopped spending money more?Those who no longer have access to the new cards but continue supporting our movement?I have a huge media archive myself from long before the boycott because I always recorded my content.And I shared what I already had a long time ago.But I’m not buying new cards just to have something to show other people. And here I am looking at all of this and wondering: who are we actually supporting more in the end?Those who stopped spending or those who continue spending?And aren’t we creating a situation ourselves where the second group ends up getting more attention?
