We invite all Eagle fans to join us on Thurs, Nov 2, at 7:55 am to send off the Cross Country team to Round Rock for the State Meet.
Parents & community members need to park in the football field parking lot to honk & cheer as they leave. @ROCKYSMART75 @AthleticVv @VVISDtweets

XC is a team sport, yes?
And how do you help your team? By being the best runner you can be.
So don't skip the "little things" this week and make sure to get plenty of sleep.
Your teammates are counting on you!
Let's go!

Hard days: Stay mentally engaged when you start to get uncomfortable. Use this opportunity to improve managing discomfort.
Let's go!

There are no magic workouts.
And a single workout won’t make your season.
Consistent work, over the course of weeks and months, is what leads to PRs.
