Memes are quite literally the best onboarding tools crypto has ever created. But that only works when they survive longer than a few fucking minutes.
Give people something they can relate to, buy into, hold, build communities around, and actually make money from. $FONE, $TRIPLET, $BUTTCOIN, $CATE, solana:CGEDT9QZDvvH5GmVkWJH2BXiMJqMJySC9ihWyr7Spump and plenty of others have the narratives, communities, and potential to become billion-dollar memes.
Just look at solana:CGEDT9QZDvvH5GmVkWJH2BXiMJqMJySC9ihWyr7Spump. Elon Musk interacting with content around it, Solana founder @toly posting about it, massive organic traction, yet barely any of that attention is translating into price action.
So why isn't @Pumpfun actively backing a handful of these communities? Real market-making support, sustained trading volume, increased visibility, and consistent promotion. Give these projects the infrastructure and exposure they need to actually grow.
Attention is important, but attention alone doesn't build an ecosystem. Without liquidity, consistent volume, and visibility, even the strongest narratives struggle to turn momentum into something sustainable.
Wintermute understood this side of the game. Whatever your opinion of them, they deployed serious capital, provided market-making support, and helped keep memes visible. Today, very few seem willing to play that role.
Instead, the entire industry is obsessed with launching new pairs and onboarding more people just to become exit liquidity for the same 200–300 extractors.
That's not how you build an industry.
You build an industry by creating opportunities for people to make money, giving them a reason to tell their friends, grow communities, and stick around for the long term.
You can't keep draining every new participant and expect the ecosystem to grow.
The market needs something with real foundations, something people can believe in and build around.
Not another million tokens that disappear within minutes.

🚨🇺🇸 America just raised THOUSANDS for the exhausted dad these clout-chasing pranksters tried to humiliate
A kid faked stealing money from his phone while he was stocking frozen pizzas, an hour after he should have been home putting his 4 kids to bed.
So he let them have it.
You want to cheer when a prankster finally gets put in his place, and you can’t, because what came out of that man is too real to enjoy.
This is what happens when a culture puts clout and viral moments above everything else: the humanity drains out of every human exchange, and every stranger with Meta glasses is a possible setup.
Hopefully his GoFundMe explodes and becomes a referendum on the pranksters, because the country is tired of them.

A quick explanation of what Mogz.fun is and how we actually make money, so there's no "too good to be true" confusion.
Our fee is 0.5% on tokens launched on the platform. Here's how it's split:
- 0.3% goes to rewards
- 0.1% goes to Meteora
- 0.1% goes to Mogz.fun
On our flagship coin, the 0.3% will go into buybacks FOREVER.
Our hope is that coins launched on the platform will generate enough revenue for us to keep building and pushing Mogz.fun forward.
0.1% sounds like such a small amount, but this is a billion-dollar industry. And here's how we see it. The more money people keep in their pockets, the more volume they can generate, and the more revenue we make from our tiny 0.1% cut.
To put things into perspective, Pump.fun has generated over $1.18 BILLION in revenue since launch.
Even if we made 99% less than that, it would still be more than enough to keep us in the game and continue building.
We don't need to squeeze every last dollar out of our users to run a successful platform. We'd rather have people trading more, earning more, and coming back.
That's our business model. It's really that simple.

This is the last time we're addressing this. Buybacks are happening automatically every minute.
So far, $4,553.58 in total. For people who can't use Solscan, Dexscreener, or any trading terminal, we've added a tab showing live buybacks as they come in.
On a positive note:
$22,472.94 has been saved in the past 15 hours since launch. That's $22.5k staying in the trenches.

There is no conviction now, Do you know why, most trades are done with bots.. Bots do not hold. they just eat. Even team launching coins swing trade their ticker with bots...

🚨LAWSUIT CLAIMS PUMPFUN INTERNAL CHATS SHOW IT WAS BUILT TO MAXIMIZE ADDICTIVE TRADING!
In an ongoing class-action lawsuit against Pump.fun and related parties, plaintiffs allege that roughly 5,000 internal team messages reveal the platform was deliberately designed to maximize addictive engagement and fee revenue.
According to the complaint, leadership discussed slot-machine style mechanics and acknowledged the product was built around users continuing to trade even when most lose money.
The claims come from whistleblower materials cited in the amended complaint.
