It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota.
To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically.
Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country.
Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case.
Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve.
In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota.
The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.

3. A district chairman quit, saying a board member sent a "Heil Hitler" Christmas card with a swastika and it was laughed off.
4. A Bavarian official urged party leaders to chant "Merkel verrecke", roughly "Merkel, croak", every day.
5. Federal party staff discussed luring a photographer to an event to remove him by force. The thread signs off "Heil und Sieg".
6. A 2025 NRW email is titled "Sale of swastika flags and drugs at the info stand".
7. This year alone, branches moved against members over a Nazi banner with a swastika, a Hitler impression and a call for machine guns against Arab clans.

"How much worse can it get?" "If one thing is clear, it’s that European leaders must move past the initial shock of Trump’s recent actions and step up. We couldn’t agree more. Trump is an enemy of Ukraine, an enemy of democracy, and an enemy of the American people. When the Democrats regain power, we will have a major task ahead of us. Every trace of this monstrous man’s legacy must be erased.

Venäjä on kartoittanut mahdollisia sabotaasikohteita Suomen puolustusteollisuudessa. Välittömästä iskusta ei ole viitteitä, mutta uhkatilanne voi muuttua nopeasti.
On siis täysin mahdollista, että täälläkin tapahtuu jotain lähiaikoina. Venäjä pyrkii häiritsemään Euroopan puolustusteollisuutta ja heikentämään Ukrainan tukemista.
Nyt on varmistettava, että puolustusalan yritysten turvallisuusjärjestelyt tarkistetaan järjestelmällisesti. Erityistä huomiota tarvitaan tuotantolaitosten vartiointiin, henkilöstön turvallisuuteen, alihankkijoihin ja tietojärjestelmiin. Viranomaisten on jaettava uhkatietoa yrityksille ajoissa, ja mahdollisiin iskuihin on harjoiteltava yhdessä.
Hallituksen on käynnistettävä yhdessä turvallisuusviranomaisten ja puolustusteollisuuden kanssa valtakunnallinen turvallisuusarvio, jossa tunnistetaan kriittiset haavoittuvuudet, sovitaan tarvittavista suojaustoimista ja varmistetaan niiden rahoitus.
Suomen puolustusteollisuuden toimintakyvyn turvaaminen on kansallinen turvallisuustehtävä. Sen toteutumista ei voi jättää yksin yritysten vastuulle.

Ryssä voi lopettaa sodan Ukrainassa ja hyökätä länteen vaikka huomenna. Tai hyökätä länteen vaikka sota Ukrainassa yhä käy, kyllä Venäjällä sen verran on sitä rakennettua kalustoa ja mobikkeja rintamahyökkäykseen drojen kanssa. Se mikä myös on nyt se, mitä et tajua tämänkään lisäksi on, että ryssän sotateollisuus tuottaa koko ajan tuotetta VARUSTAMAAN tuota laumaa ja sen perässä tulevia reservejä. Länsimainen sotateollisuus EI TUOTA tuotetta varustamaan länsimaiden nykyarmeijaa ja sen perässä ei edes ole reservejä joita voisi varustaa.

Ryssän laarinpohjat on saavutettu, siksi siellä ei ryssät hyökkää käytännössä enää tankeilla vaan pelkillä jalkamiehillä, etkö tätä ole tajunnut? Oletko näin pihalla Ukrainan sodasta, ettet tajua edes, miten sitä sotaa käydään siellä ryssän toimesta?!? Silti sulla on pokkaa kommentoida, vaikka et tiedä yhtään mitään asiasta.
Toki siellä tuotetaan koko ajan lisää kalustoa mutta tipoittain jaettuna isolle rintamalla se ei riitä, eikä riittäisi, joten ryssä ei sitä sinne edes laita vaan kerää muualle, mm. Suomen rajoille.

Joka vitun ikinen ryssä ja joka vitun ikinen ryssän sotakone, mikä päätyy lannoitteeksi Ukrainaan, on iankaikkisesti poissa hyökkäämästä missään tilanteessa milloinkaan mitenkään LÄNSIMAIHIN. Tajuatko tätä? Et tietenkään, koska olet ihan vitun idiootti. Joka vitun ikinen ryssä ja ryssän sotahärveli kannattaa ihan puhtaasta itsekkyyttämmekin tuhouttaa Ukrainan pelloille, eikä Suomen tai Viron tai Puolan pelloille. Miten näinkin yksinkertainne asia voi olla jollekin epäselvää?

Ryssä on ryssä vaikka voissa paistaisi. Ryssään ei voi luottaa, se on rikkonut loputtomasti erilaisia sopimuksia ja omia lakejaan sodassaan Ukrainaa vastaan. Viimeistään nyt pitäisi tyhmempienkin tajuta se. Ainoa, mitä ryssä uskoo ja kuuntelee, on voima. Sitä ei länsimailla ole, koska puolustusmenoihin ja sotaan ei ole panostettu vuosikymmeniin kuten olisi pitänyt, rahat on laitettu neekereihin ja ählämeihin, sekä poliitikkojen hillotolppiin sen sijaan.
6.
Ryssä on avannut jo pelin vieraille joukoille ottamalla pöökorean joukot sotaan mukaan. Tällä verukkeella länsimaat voisivat hyvin viedä omat joukkonsa Ukrainaan joko suoraan sotimaan tai edes sivustoja suojaamaan (VV:n raja, ilmapuolustus, jne.) rajaten sotaa ja luoden painetta ryssille, sekä vapauttaen Ukrainan resursseja. Mutta tähän ei löydy kompromentoiduilta länsipoliitikoilta (niin tajuatko, että poliitkot lännessä on ryssän kompromaatteja?) munaa, joten nähtävästi käytännössä paras mitä voidaan tehdä on, että annetaan Ukrainalle mitä ikinä se tarvitsee ryssän lyömiseen ja samalla varaudutaan siihen, että itsekin joudutaan sotaan Ukrainaa vastaan.

Talous ei romahda päivässä. Ryssä oli hyvin varustautunut ja varautunut sotaan. Sillä on ollut paljon taloudellista reserviä tätä varten. Mutta kivastippa ovat nakertuneet pois nyt, kun sota kestää ja kestää. Pakotteet toimivat hitaasti, mutta varmasti. Öljyteollisuus kyykkää Ukrainan iskujen(kin) takia. Ryssän talous on jo tuhottu, mutta kuten aina näissä, kestää tovi, kunnes tämä tosiasia reaalisoituu käytännössä. Odota ihan rauhassa vaan. Hassusti kuitenkin jos ryssä hyökkäisi Suomeen ja veisi paloja itä-Suomesta niin varmasti olisit sitä mieltä, että ei pidä antautua vaan jatkaa taistelua ja ihmettelisit kovasti, mikseivät länsimaat auta Suomea ja vaatisit lisää apua. Vittu että olette epäloogisia ja sekaisin päästänne ja siihen kuuluu se, että ette tajua olevanne epäloogisia ja sekaisin päästänne. 🤣
