FF Resonance has taught me that the Brave Exvius OST is actually super insanely stupidly good and I've been sleeping on it all this time
This is far and away my favorite Airship theme
Many of the battle themes go crazy hard
I especially like "Break the Limit!"

You can either keep bitching that resonance is "staggerslop" or you can play the game and realize that you don't even need to engage with the stagger system in the vast majority of fights
You can just make a dps build. That's an option. Just do that.

Can't get over how good this decade has been as a Final Fantasy fan! The 7 Remake trilogy has been a blast, Stranger of Paradise is a fun shakeup of things, FFXVI is vastly different as a numbered title but has incredible features, and Resonance is a great celebration of it all!
Never let anyone tell you Resonance isn't a top tier FF game
This is peak turn based FF
If FF5 partially inspired the gameplay, then they knocked it out of the fucking park
Personally fights that actually make you think about what buttons you press have been more than enough of a reward
Idk why people say the bosses are super spongey unless they're talking about chapter 5+, bosses have consistently died in 2-3 Resonance cycles for me so far lol
Resonance succeeding with HUGE numbers by lower budget FF standards is the single greatest outcome we could possibly have hoped for
The only game to outperform it in players week 1 is 7 Rebirth
