1/ On Vara, you don’t have to wait for someone else to put a question on the table.
Anyone with a wallet can propose a change and let the network decide.
Here’s how it works - and proof it already has. 🧵

1/ Most conversations about Vara.eth are about architecture.
This one is about what you can actually build with it - five ideas, free to take. 🧵

Ever been stuck in traffic because everyone is forced into one lane? 🚗
Now imagine thousands of users interacting with a blockchain application at the same time.
Some are swapping.
Some are trading.
Some are playing games.
What happens when everything has to move through the same lane?
That’s where application architecture matters.
②
Not every activity needs to wait for another activity to finish.
If independent tasks can move through their own paths, more work can happen at the same time.
This is the idea behind @VaraNetwork's Parallel Actor Model.
Think of it as giving independent activities different lanes instead of forcing everything into one.
③
So, what exactly is an Actor?
On Vara, applications can be built using independent programs called "actors".
These actors communicate through asynchronous messages and can process independent tasks concurrently.
In other words:
Different actors can keep working while another actor is waiting for a response.
④ Think about different blockchain applications.
🎮 A GameFi app handling player actions
💱 A DeFi app handling swaps
📈 A trading app processing trades
🌐 A social app handling user interactions
These applications can have many activities happening at the same time.
With an actor-based architecture, independent programs can process their own work concurrently and communicate asynchronously.
⑤
For developers, this means more flexibility in how applications are designed.
Instead of putting every activity into one processing path, developers can structure applications around independent actors that communicate asynchronously.
Let independent work happen without unnecessarily blocking other independent work.
⑥
And this is why application architecture matters.
It’s not just about building something that works.
It’s about building something people can actually use when real activity starts happening.
Vara gives builders another way to approach that challenge.
Now I'm curious, what can you build with this? 👀 #ataşehir

why can Vara.eth be interesting for SaaS-like dapps?
Think about the shape of a SaaS app:
one codebase,
many users or organizations,
isolated data,
and ideally the operator can abstract infrastructure costs from the user.
On a typical shared-state blockchain, you might model this as:
one contract → mapping(tenant => state)
Vara.eth gives you another option:
one validated code → many program instances
You upload and validate the WASM code once, then create separate instances from that validated codeId using different salts.
Each instance gets its own Mirror on Ethereum, its own state and its own execution balance.
So instead of putting every tenant into one shared program:
CODE_ID
↳ tenant A
↳ tenant B
↳ tenant C
you can think in terms of one program instance per tenant.
That is where the SaaS-like architecture gets interesting. 🧵

If I were building on Vara, I’d build an on-chain social platform based on proof of contribution.
Instead of measuring people mainly by followers, likes or views, the platform would track meaningful contributions.
↳ creating useful content, answering questions, helping communities, contributing to projects, and participating in discussions.
Those actions could build an on-chain reputation that shows what a person has actually contributed, rather than just how popular they are.
Here’s where @VaraNetwork architecture becomes interesting.
🔹Vara’s Actor Model allows different programs to operate independently and communicate through asynchronous messages.
↳ That means I could separate different parts of the platform, content, reputation, community contributions, rewards and opportunities into independent programs that communicate with each other, rather than putting everything into one large contract.
🔹Vara also supports parallel and asynchronous processing, so independent actions can be processed without everything having to follow one single execution path.
↳ that matters for a social platform where thousands of small interactions could be happening across different parts of the application.
🔹Then there’s gasless and signless transactions. For a platform built around frequent actions like contributions, reactions, reputation updates and community participation, removing the need for users to constantly think about gas or signatures could make the experience feel much closer to a normal social app.
🔹I could also use Vara’s delayed messages and autonomous execution for things like scheduled reputation updates, contribution periods, recurring community activities or other actions that need to happen automatically without someone manually triggering them.
In summary this would be a social platform where your activity doesn't just disappear into a feed.
You contribute → your contribution is recorded → your reputation grows → your reputation can create opportunities.
That’s the kind of Web3 social experience I’d want to explore with Vara.
If you were to build on Vara, What would you build?

This is the part of Vara.eth that actually got interesting for me.
Not the “faster execution” slide. More like: you can run an order book where placing and canceling feels sub-second, agents that stay on and keep making decisions, social actions that don’t need a gas popup, or game logic that doesn’t pause for the next block.
Lending protocols can also push heavy risk models out without rewriting the whole thing.
And the assets still sit on Ethereum.
So it stops being “why would I move chains?” and starts being “which parts of this app actually need to run at that speed?”
Full thread has the examples if you want the longer version.

Let's understand how a multiplayer game is possible on Vara.eth. A practical design starts with one important distinction:
An onchain game doesn't mean every move, animation and frame goes onto the blockchain. That would be the wrong architecture for most real-time games.
Instead, split the game into two parts:
→ The client: graphics, sound, animations, camera and responsive controls.
→ The Vara.eth program: the authoritative game logic and state, such as who's in a match, health points, turns and reward ownership.
The program's state hash is anchored to Ethereum through its Mirror and the Router.
The client shows what happens. The program determines the game's official outcome. 🧵

Can an AI coding agent build a Vara.eth app?
Vara.eth has a public repository of Agent Skills: specialized instructions that guide AI coding agents through contract authoring, deployment, interaction, frontend integration, and Solidity integration.
Instead of making the agent figure out the entire stack from scratch, you give it Vara.eth-specific workflows, a source map into the ethexe implementation, review checklists, and runnable examples.
Here's what that workflow looks like. 🧵
