At present, ground-level procurement is underway, with construction materials arriving at the site. The majority of site clearance has been completed, paving the way for the next phase of construction.
The Phase 1 project is expected to involve ₹70,000+ crore investment, along with a captive port to support the mega steel complex.

ఇచ్చాపురం మున్సిపాలిటీలో స్థానిక ఎమ్మెల్యే, ప్రభుత్వ విప్ శ్రీ బెందాళం అశోక్ గారు, కూటమి శ్రేణులతో కలిసి ఎన్నికల ప్రచారంలో పాల్గొన్నాను. 28 వార్డుల్లో ప్రజలను కలుసుకుంటూ, మున్సిపల్ చైర్‌పర్సన్ అభ్యర్థి ఆశి లీలారాణి గారితో పాటు కూటమి అభ్యర్థులను భారీ మెజారిటీతో గెలిపించాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేశాను.
కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాల సంక్షేమ, అభివృద్ధి ఫలాలను వివరిస్తూనే.. ఇచ్చాపురం పట్టణాన్ని అభివృద్ధి పథంలో ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్లడమే మా లక్ష్యం అని స్పష్టం చేశాను. ఇచ్చాపురం ప్రగతి కోసం కూటమికి ప్రజలు అండగా నిలవాలని పిలుపునిచ్చాను.
Participated in the election campaign in Ichchapuram Municipality along with local MLA and Government Whip Shri Bendalam Ashok Garu and NDA alliance leaders. Interacting with people across all 28 wards, I appealed to the voters to elect Municipal Chairperson candidate Aasi Leelarani Garu and all alliance candidates with a thumping majority.
While highlighting the welfare and development initiatives of the Central and State Governments, I reiterated that our goal is to put Ichchapuram town on a path of progress and development. I urged the people to extend their support to the NDA alliance for the overall development and a brighter future of Ichchapuram.
