Holy shit. Just 17 hours after launching the @VectordashGPU beta, someone wanted to list 143 of their Nvidia GPUs since mining crypto was no longer profitable & we paid ~3x more. ML researchers should be able to rent out his GPUs in ~2ish days (at ~5x less than what AWS costs).

Using @awscloud (p2.xlarge), training this neural net takes 8.6 days and costs $186.52. Using @VectordashGPU (1080 ti), training the EXACT same neural net took us 2.2 days and costs $13.91. The benchmarks speak for themselves. Also Captain America's shield is now a frisbee.

Christopher Nolan's one-take scene in Dunkirk is seemingly the best way to test a convolutional neural net. Major props to @notarbaz for setting up this experiment on a Vectordash GPU.
