A star-studded day at Sigler Elementary! ⭐ Students enjoyed ball hockey fun through Fitness Stars, faculty and staff were treated to lunch from Big Tony's W. Philly Cheesesteaks, and Stars volunteers helped teachers create interactive reading notebooks. A great day supporting students, educators, and literacy alongside our partners at @Plano_Schools!

Two options. Rolex or permanent position as the EBUG.

Stars mascot Victor E. Green is NOT THRILLED about having to share his number because of the NHL's new policy requiring EBUGs to wear No. 00 this season 😅 @VictorEGreen

I don’t expect a brand new @ROLEX for this, but I better get SOMETHING if I have to share my number…

All Emergency Backup Goaltenders will be required to wear No. 00 this season, per @reporterchris 😳 Only two players have donned the double-zero in NHL history, and both were goalies: Marty Biron and John Davidson. Now, Minnesota's EBUG Peter Thome will become the first to do so since 1995-96. The remainder of the league's EBUGs will be expected to follow suit. Are we fans of No. 00, or should it stay retired? 🤔
