A repeat (of a repeat) of The Chase beat Coronation Street in the ratings yesterday.
There was a time when Corrie was the jewel in ITV's crown. Now it's being beaten by Bradley Walsh asking questions he's already asked.
Where did it all go so horribly wrong?

60 years ago today 144 people died in the Welsh village of Aberfan when a colliery spoil tip collapsed onto them. 109 of those were children attending the village school. A tragedy that broke hearts, which remain broken now. The strength and courage shown by that community is an example to us all.

Anything but a normal royal visit. No cheering or flags, just raw emotion. King and Queen and Prince of Wales in Aberfan - 60 years on from the gravest tragedy in post war British history.

60 years ago today I walked into my nan’s house in Ruislip Manor, Middlesex and looked in horror at the news from Aberfan.
God bless those souls no longer with us and those who survived and those who live there now.
As many of you know my mother’s grandmother’s side of the family are Welsh with some buried in Upper Cwmtwrch, along the Swansea valley, and my love goes to wherever they are this day.

Fel y gŵyr llawer ohonoch, mae teulu fy hen nain (ar ochr fy mam) yn Gymry; mae rhai ohonynt wedi’u claddu yn Upper Cwmtwrch Uchaf, i fyny’r dyffryn Abertawe, ac anfonaf fy nghariad atynt, ble bynnag y maent heddiw.

⚠️ An 82 year old Grandma from Leeds has declared WAR on corporate greed by setting up a stall outside her local Morrisons selling her collection of second hand carrier bags, after being enraged at the supermarket charging an extortionate 60p per bag! 😲
"I've been hoarding these bloody things for 30 years!" she explained. "I've got hundreds under the kitchen sink, cupboards full of them and thousands piled up in the garden shed!"
The pensioner pocketed a whopping £13.40 on her first day and insists she'll be back tomorrow, claiming she's got enough bags at home to keep her in business until 2029.
