CONGRESS | #EHA2026 | POSTER Naveen Pemmaraju presents long-term results concerning thromboembolic and progression events in patients who enrolled in the phase II REVIVE trial (n = 70) and transitioned to the phase III open-label THRIVE trial (n = 46), evaluating rusfertide in phlebotomy-dependent patients with #PolycythemiaVera. - After >4 years of follow-up, 10% of patients had a thromboembolic event, all of whom had high-risk PV and other risk factors upon study entry. - ~70% of patients with prior thromboembolic events remained event-free while on the study. - The incidence of thromboembolic events was 3/100 PY. - Two of 70 patients had a post-PV progression event. These long-term data provide additional information on the occurrence of thromboembolic and progression events following rusfertide exposure. Longer-term follow-up will continue in the phase III setting. Follow our live feed for more updates: loom.ly/N2uNnTk Intended for HCPs only. CONGRESS | #EHA2026 | PRESENTATION Uma Borate, Ohio State University, US, presents findings from the phase II OPTI-AML trial of 28- vs 14-day schedules of venetoclax + azacitidine for 2 cycles in patients aged ≥60 years with ND, genomically agnostic AML (N = 169). After 2 cycles, the CR rates were 49% vs 43% with 28- vs 14-day cycles, respectively. Composite CR rates were 81% vs 69% and MRD-negativity rates were 78% vs 77% in the 28- vs 14-day cycle groups, respectively. The median OS was 21.4 months in the 28-day cycle group vs 13.6 months in the 14-day cycle group, and the median PFS was 9.9 months vs 13.1 months. Grade ≥3 TEAEs and early mortality were similar between groups Follow our live feed for more updates: loom.ly/XyM7Jss Intended for HCPs only. CONGRESS | #EHA2026 | PRESENTATION Jennifer Marvin-Peek, University of Texas, US, shares results from a phase Ib/II trial of azacitidine + venetoclax + ivosideneb in patients with IDH1-mutated AML (N = 40). The best ORR was 95% with a CRc in 93% of patients. MRD-negativity was achieved in 91% of MRD-evaluable responders (n = 34). At a median follow-up of 35 months, the median OS and DoR were NR. The 3-year OS and DoR rates were 79% and 83%, respectively. Responses were superior among patients without co-occurring signaling pathway mutations (p = 0.046). Grade ≥3 non-hematologic AEs occurred in 30% of patients. Follow our live feed for more updates: loom.ly/XyM7Jss Intended for HCPs only.
