Last week, Hope Squad celebrated our monthly theme of gratitude by selling gratitude grams during lunch!
HOPE Squad's Theme for the month of November is GRATITUDE.
In what ways do you practice gratitude? How do you find that practicing gratitude helps your mental health?
This week's HOPE Squad Members of the Week are all 9/10th graders, as there are more members in these grades! Remember that there are lots of students in all grades if you need someone to talk to!

Happy Friday! Your WCHS Hope Squad wants you to know that we are proud of you for making it through another week! We have a home game tonight at 7! The theme is hillbilly night!
Your WCHS HOPE Squad would like to take the rest of Suicide Prevention Month to open up a dialogue about HOPE. Hope is something we all need to keep us going day to day! We want to know what we can do to help spread hope to WCHS! Please comment below "what makes you hopeful?"
