This is a really great interview with Craig Cope by Rob. Definitely somed new info/insights there vs what we've heard before. Good bits on recruitment, academy pathway/sales, JJ, Cope's ambitions etc. Would highly recommend a read.
Craig Cope gave @WDownunder a ‘heart and sleeve’ interview. Insights of the planning into the summer’s recruitment, his contingency if Johnnie Jackson leaves, the Academy, his best piece of business and his cherished ‘unfinished’ project + his fav selfie.

Mikey T has an obituary in The Times today. ‘Michael Taliadoros: the voice of AFC Wimbledon.’ “As cuddly as the club’s Womble mascot, Taliadoros was an unfailingly friendly figure whose broad smile and offbeat bonhomie were part of the club’s identity.” thetimes.com/article/4a7b273…
Too right, ask away to be fully satisfied before casting your vote, no doubts, no grey areas, no rush, just know fully what is being offered for your club.
Replying to @StephenJAdams @14thefrog
Is it not reasonable to ask questions to better understand the details of what's being offered?

Sheffield Wednesday Football Club confirms that Henrik Pedersen has left the club with immediate effect.
Henrik led the first team through an exceptional period in the club's history, providing stability and leadership during a time of significant uncertainty and change.
The club would like to place on record its sincere thanks to Henrik for his contribution and wishes him every success in the future.
Sporting Director Simon Wilson said: “First and foremost, I want to thank Henrik for his professionalism, commitment and contribution during an exceptionally challenging period for Sheffield Wednesday.
“We knew the start of this season would be difficult due to the scale of change across the club, but our expectation was always that we would develop as the season progressed, establishing a recognisable style of play and greater consistency in our performances.
“Although we have accumulated points, we haven’t seen enough progress in those areas. We believe making a change now gives us the best opportunity to establish those foundations and build towards the second half of the season and beyond.
“We remain ambitious about what we can achieve this campaign, and our focus remains on building a Sheffield Wednesday team with a clear identity, capable of delivering sustained improvement and long-term success.”
Matt Hamshaw will take interim charge of the first team while the club undertakes the process of appointing its next Head Coach.
The club will provide further updates when appropriate.
#ManUnited will be trapped in this doom loop again. And again until the core problems are addressed in the boardroom - and the Glazers sell up - and flaws in the recruitment department.
Michael Carrick will doubtless pay the price with his job for this deserved defeat to an excellent Bournemouth side and another lifeless display by his Manchester United team. Some of his selections and tactics have been questionable, United were again so open in the centre. But Carrick was not responsible for recruiting Youri Tielemans, who lacks physicality and mobility (and Aston Villa haven’t missed him) and Andrey Santos, a Chelsea reserve.
Carrick was not responsible for the board’s damaging failure to strengthen at centre-back and left-back. Carrick was not responsible for his main striker Benjamin Sesko being injured and the board’s failure to provide him with cover. Carrick was not responsible for the club he loves being in the grip of co-owners like the Glazers whose priorities are focused more on business than the sport. The direction from the top has been negligible, arguably negligent. No real leadership. No expertise.
Carrick may be out of his depth but many United fans sang his name during the painful demise to Bournemouth because they know he cares and they know the problems lie elsewhere. The Stretford End again sang in protest at the wretched Glazers.
Noticeable that there were few songs in support of Bruno Fernandes. He is supposed to be captain, rallying the players, Footballer of the Year, Player of the Year, not arm-waver of the year, underachieving and complaining. Yet Bruno will be at United longer than Carrick.
Carrick was praised for United finishing third last season and getting in the Champions League. But he will doubtless go partly for his own failings and mainly the failings of others. And United will be trapped in this doom loop again. And again until the core problems are addressed in the boardroom - and the Glazers sell up - and flaws in the recruitment department. #MUFC #MUNBOU

This strike makes it 10 goals for Ellie Dorey this season. The captain is smashing it...

Manchester United's rabble of pathetic, over-entitled players push Carrick towards his place in the club's endless winter. But the chaos that has gripped United is not on him. It's on the Glazers, Ratcliffe, Berrada and Wilcox. dailymail.com/sport/football…
