Congratulations @patrickauten7 of @WESTHHSBASEBALL on Your Commitment to @SCCbaseball25 Auten is the tallest pitcher coming out of the WNC 2027 Class. Tons of potential packed into his 6'7" frame. Also a high academic student, Auten had some tough choices to make between the 4 year and 2 year opportunities, but he understood that the JUCO Route could still help him find the academic track to a 4-year degree in the future. That's the 2nd Falcon to commit to the @SurryKnights this Fall. Head Coach @DaryllJohnson6 sees the potential in these Mountain prospects! @CoachCheek55 @CarloOrengo24 @Chris_Womack

Tallest pitcher in WNC committed tonight. JUCO Route stays hot @CoachCheek55 @DaryllJohnson6 @WESTHHSBASEBALL

Some @_NCBCA Awards for our WNC Coaches! Congrats to Coach @Michael_Staicar of @ACR_Baseball , Coach @baxterbartlett1 of Madison, and Coach Corn of @WESTHHSBASEBALL for the Region 8 Acolades! Congrats to Coach Parham of @SouthCaldwell_1 and Coach Hardee of @ACcougarsports for the Region 8 Acolades!

The high ceiling & potential of 2027 RHP @patrickauten7 of @WESTHHSBASEBALL was on full display during the 9/30 Scout Day. He's a fairly good mover for a 6'7" 210 lbs prospect; ran a 7.15 60 Yd Dash. However, he's still trying to get everything timed up which is evident in his FB velo which sat 82-83 MPH, but spiked up to 86 MPH at times! With his grades and interest in Sports Marketing/Business, he's a great D3 route prospect, but Auten is also catching the eyes of the regional JUCOs. Good problem to have for the 4.12 GPA Honor Student @NovaXkinetics

Definitely seen an uptick in 2027 OF @leatham50029's bat this Fall. Getting into his body a bit more, athleticism starting to roll over into production. Always a solid glove in CF, 6.98 60yd. Prioritizing JUCO, bit open to 4 years with good business path @WESTHHSBASEBALL

On 9/30, 2027 MIF/OF @Graysondavis291 of @WESTHHSBASEBALL showed why he's considered to have some of the top tools in WNC. He's shown throws in the IF up to 89mph this past year, ran a 6.71 60 yd at the Scout Day, and has worked hard in the gym to pack a lot of strength into his frame 5'8" 165 frame. Shows the versatility to move around the diamond. High academic

One of the best showings I've seen from 2027 CF @leatham50029 of @WESTHHSBASEBALL, especially with the bat, on 9/30 Has hit the ball really hard this Fall, looks like he's getting into his body. Good speed, ran a 6.98 60 yd, gets out the box fast, always a threat for an IF single too. Very good actions in the OF, throws plays very well. Prioritizing JUCO, but open to 4 Year as he's most likely pursuing a Business Degree

2028 RHP/MIF @masondetmering of @WESTHHSBASEBALL is a high-motor ball player. Athletic mover on the bump with a FB sitting 81-83 MPH. Profiles best on the bump, but performed well in all aspects on 9/30 Has some good actions in the swing, hips fire. Good actions and timing in the infield although he can get a little bouncier and lighter on the feet. Ran his best 60 yd, 7.26 sec Wants JUCO Route, interested in becoming a Fire Fighter @NovaXkinetics

Was glad to get some new footage on 2028 RHP @masondetmering of @WESTHHSBASEBALL on 9/23 vs East. Detmering will surely be in the rotation mix this Spring for the Falcons FB was 81-83 MPH. Athletic mover. Seeking JUCO Route @NovaXkinetics

A lot going on in this clip 2027 CF @leatham50029 of @WESTHHSBASEBALL uses his wheels to earn an IF single, barely beating the throw of 2027 SS @jakeharvey1244 of @EHHSBASEBALL who made a heck of a play on the ball up the middle. Leatham then goes on to steal 2B to keep showing his baserunning can be a potential weapon at the next level

Congratulations @BradyDozier051 of @WESTHHSBASEBALL on your Commitment to @SCCbaseball25 "The Bull-Dozier" Dozier has a very loud bat, displaying 100 mph EVs at our Prospect Filming this past June at Mars Hill. He was also very easy to advise as he knew he wanted to pursue a Fire Fighter program at the JUCO level; he was proactive, realistic, and persistent and found what he was looking for in an Opportunity rather quickly with Coach @DaryllJohnson6's Program. Also a Football player, Brady is another testament to multisport athletes. College Coaches love recruiting multisport guys as it creates better athleticism and more perspective, so don't ever think you're missing out on Baseball opportunities if you want to play sports in the Fall or Winter. @CoachCheek55 @CarloOrengo24 @Chris_Womack @Dean_WLOS13
