🛬 Travel pool # 10 - Palm Beach arrival and he’s gaggling Air Force One was wheels down DJT airport at 5:54 pm. POTUS deplaned at 6:07 pm on this rainy Palm Beach evening and came over to say he’s on his way to celebrate at Mar-a-Lago with Sean Hannity and Ainsley. It is unclear what is being celebrated. Trump called it a “big beautiful thing.” He took one question on the FBI agents arrested in conjunction with the Hunter Biden laptop investigation: “I don't know exactly what it is, but I heard they were arrested or charged, and I heard they were bad people, crooked people. You know they are dirty cops, like Comey. Comey's a dirty cop.” HHS Secretary Kennedy and Dr Oz were on the plane. At 6:12 pm the motorcade is rolling. There is a rainbow over Air Force One as we leave the airport. Emily Goodin New York Post Fri. Oct. 23, 6:20 PM

Travel pool #7 - Rally quotes President Trump started by talking about Florida's races. He also made comments on Katie Zacharia, said he didn't "give a shit" about all the lawsuits tied to his renovation/building projects; repeated his demand Rep. Omar resign from Congress, said he would take care of Cuba "on our way back from Iran," and offered commentary on RFK Jr's physique. Note: No protesters during the president's remarks. Speech clocked in at about 1 hour 30 minutes. Quotes below and, as always, please double check: Trump slammed Democratic Senate candidate Angie Nixon as "a card-carrying member of the Democrat Socialists of America." And he said of Democratic gubernatorial candidate David Jolly: "I knew Jolly. I knew him as a Republican…. He was thrown out of the party like a dog. We threw him the hell out…. Everybody hated this guy so much he couldn't get him out of there fast enough. He's a bad guy, very disloyal person, and he's changed virtually every position he had." Note: Senator Ashley Moody is here, seated on the side of the stage with cabinet officials. Gov candidate Byron Donalds is also here, seated on the side of the stage next to Chief of Staff Susie Wiles. State AG James Uthmeier, Sen. Rick Scott, and Rep. Brian Mast are also here along with the Florida pols who traveled on Air Force One. "I've never seen a midterm with this kind of action," the president said, adding Republicans have "far more energy" than Democrats. He talked about building the helipad and other work at the White House. "So I got sued," he noted; "I don't give a shit about it." The line garnered huge applause and a standing ovation. "The White House is beautiful now," POTUS said, claiming it "hasn't been fixed up since 1792." He referred to Katie Zacharia as "that poor, poor young woman" during one of his rifts on the "fake news." More Trump on Zacharia: "She was a perfect, beautiful woman. When she walked into that press room and they started screaming at her, she freaked out. And I said, 'You know what? There are nicer ways for you to make a living. You want to deal with these maniacs? You can deal with them. There are easier ways for you to live.'" Trump repeated his demand that Rep. Ilhan Omar should immediately resign from Congress. He said she would not "legally be allowed to be a member" of Congress because she changed her name when she came from "her shithouse country." "We have many, many Congressmen working on it," he added. "Kick her out," the crowd shouted. Trump repeated his schtick where he pretends to leave the rally. As the crowd cheered for him to come back, he retook the podium and said Susie Wiles told him: "You're driving Secret Service crazy. They think you're leaving and they're rushing with their guns all over the place." He said "we'll take care of Cuba on our way back from Iran." More Trump: "When we come back from Iran, those beautiful ships will pass Cuba…. Then we send Marco Rubio into finish." He added of Rubio: "We don't even have to stop. We can just put him in there and he'll figure it out. He's a great guy." The Cuba comments got a standing ovation from the crowd with some shouting "liberate Cuba." Trump also said, while talking about Iran, he could do "another Epic Fury." He talked about his renaming of the Gulf of America. Said he called Google's Sundar Pichai about getting the maps changed so the Atlantic Ocean is now the American Ocean and he wanted change the name of the Strait of Hormuz to Trump Strait. He said Pichai told him "Sir, I've had it. I can't do it." Trump then added: "I was only kidding." Then he said: "The problem with this kind of fun is the fake news is going to report it." Trump brought HHS Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr to the stage to talk about what they're doing for commercial fishermen in Florida. After RFK Jr spoke, POTUS complimented his physique: "Did anybody see the build, the body? He's got the body of a 30 year old." Trump also brought Byron Donalds and Ashley Moody to the stage to speak. In closing, Trump said: "Let's go out and do what we do best, which is to win." Emily Goodin New York Post Fri. President Trump Returns to the Sunshine State with Major Wins for Workers, Seniors, and Veterans FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE President Donald J. Trump returns to Florida today to highlight a clear record of results that puts hardworking Americans first. Under President Trump and Republican leadership, Floridians are seeing historic tax relief, a surge in private investment and job creation, stronger rural healthcare, accelerated infrastructure and environmental progress, expanded support for veterans, and safer communities. Delivering Tax Relief for Hardworking Floridians President Trump’s Working Families Tax Cuts are putting real money back in the pockets of Sunshine State workers, families, and seniors. • No Tax on Social Security: Approximately 4.8 million Florida seniors benefit from the new senior deduction, with the average senior expected to pay zero federal taxes on Social Security benefits. • Bigger Refunds: Florida taxpayers saw average refunds of $4,433 in 2026 the highest of any state. • Protecting Jobs and Wages: The Working Families Tax Cuts safeguarded 399,000 Florida jobs, $73 billion in state GDP, and $36 billion in workers’ wages. • Expanding Workforce Opportunity: In September 2026, the Trump Administration approved Florida’s Workforce Pell Grant program, enabling students at Eastern Florida State College and other institutions to use Pell Grant funding for high-demand careers such as firefighting, corrections, and emergency management. Unleashing Private Investment and Job Creation President Trump’s pro-growth, America First policies are attracting significant private capital and creating high-quality jobs across Florida. • Johnson & Johnson is investing $1 billion to upgrade manufacturing and packaging technologies and build a new state-of-the-art distribution facility in Jacksonville. • Williams International is investing $1 billion to build a high-volume aviation gas turbine engine manufacturing facility in Okaloosa County. • Blue Origin is investing $600 million to expand its Rocket Park campus at Cape Canaveral Spaceport. • Lupin is investing $250 million to construct a new pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Coral Springs. • Chick-fil-A is investing $150 million to build a new distribution center in Winter Haven. • Monin is investing $111 million to build a manufacturing plant in Zephyrhills. • Tampa Brass & Aluminum is investing $58 million in machinery and equipment at its Tampa headquarters. Strengthening Rural Healthcare Access President Trump is delivering targeted resources to expand and modernize care in Florida’s rural communities. • Florida secured $210 million in first-year funding through the Working Families Tax Cuts’ Rural Health Transformation Program the largest federal investment in rural healthcare in American history. • In August 2026, the state awarded $188 million in Rural Health Transformation Program grants across 31 rural counties. These funds support expanded access to care, growth of the rural healthcare workforce, preventive and home-based services, specialty and acute care, value-based care models, rural and satellite clinics, and health and lifestyle initiatives. Investing in Florida’s Infrastructure and Natural Resources President Trump is accelerating critical projects that protect Florida’s communities and natural resources while strengthening the state’s economy and readiness. • Accelerating Everglades Restoration: Working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Trump Administration modified key contracts to expedite the Everglades Agricultural Area Reservoir. The project is now on track for completion by 2029 five years ahead of the previous timeline improving water distribution to the Everglades, protecting drinking water supplies, and reducing harmful discharges. • Upgrading Critical Infrastructure: In October 2026, the Trump Administration awarded $85 million to upgrade 20 miles of I-4 highway between State Road 434 and State Road 472 in Seminole and Volusia counties. In August 2026, the Trump Administration awarded over $1 million to the Gulf Marine Corporation in Tampa for training center equipment, wheel loaders, and upgrades to three berths. In May 2026, the Federal Aviation Administration awarded President Donald J. Trump International Airport $10 million to expand the terminal and add new facilities for mothers and travelers with special needs. • Advancing Roadway Safety: Through Operation Highway Shield, the Trump Administration partnered with state and local law enforcement to conduct more than 3,300 inspections across Florida in just one month, focusing on unqualified foreign drivers operating commercial vehicles. 176 drivers were placed out of service, including 54 for language deficiencies, while dozens of others were arrested on criminal charges and immigration violations. • Delivering Disaster Relief: The Trump Administration has moved quickly to support Florida communities struck by disaster. In October 2026, President Trump authorized FEMA coordination following Hurricane Isaias. Earlier actions included more than $116 million to accelerate recovery after extreme storms, an increase in the federal cost-share for Hurricane Michael recovery, and nearly $416 million in additional disaster relief. • Funding Rail Safety: In September 2025, the Trump Administration released $42 million in four grants for critical rail safety projects along the Brightline corridor after the projects had been stalled in the Biden Administration’s backlog. • Advancing American Space Leadership: Artemis II launched from Florida’s Space Coast in April 2026. Artemis III is also scheduled to launch from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, reinforcing Florida’s central role in America’s return to the Moon and beyond. Honoring and Supporting Florida Veterans President Trump is expanding resources that strengthen care, housing stability, and prevention services for the heroes who have served our nation. • In October 2026, the VA awarded more than $600,000 to Florida community organizations for adaptive sports programs that help veterans build independence, well-being, and quality of life. • In September 2026, the VA awarded more than $113 million in grants to 42 Florida organizations to assist veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. • The VA also awarded more than $6 million to 12 Florida organizations providing suicide prevention services to veterans. • In June 2026, the VA broke ground on a new clinic in North Port that will replace the Port Charlotte clinic and serve more than 10,000 veterans annually. Making Florida Safer and More Secure President Trump is delivering decisive action that is driving down crime in Florida communities while securing the border and ending the failed policies of the past. • Historic Drops in Violent Crime: Violent crime declined across Florida last year, with murders down 19%. In the first half of 2026 compared with the same period in 2025, homicides plunged 50%, rapes dropped 22%, robberies fell 22%, and aggravated assaults declined 8%. • Securing the Border: The Trump Administration awarded Florida $608 million to expand illegal alien detention capacity. Catch-and-release has been fully ended, producing 17 straight months of zero releases at the border and zero Border Patrol releases in FY2026 the first fiscal year in history with that result. Illegal southern border crossings were slashed by 95% from Biden-era levels in FY2026, the lowest total on record. Refugee admissions have also been sharply reduced. President Trump and Republicans are delivering lower taxes, major private investment, stronger rural healthcare, critical infrastructure, expanded veteran support, and safer communities. Floridians face a clear choice: continue this progress or return to higher taxes, open borders, and the failed policies of the past. Distributed on October 23rd, 2026.

First Lady Melania Trump Secures Ceasefire Between Russia and Ukraine, Localized to Oleshky FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE First Lady Melania Trump successfully secured a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine, localized to the city of Oleshky. Both nations agreed to temporarily stop all military action in Oleshky to allow for humanitarian aid to enter and to prepare a civilian evacuation through a designated safe passageway. The localized ceasefire will begin on October 29, 2026. “The situation in Oleshky is dire. Oleshky is a front-line war city on the brink of disaster. Oleshky’s remaining population is comprised primarily of elderly residents who urgently need medical attention, medicine, food, and clean water,” said First Lady Melania Trump. “The people of Oleshky have limited electricity, live amid mined roads, and endure regular military attacks. It was abundantly clear that without my intervention, the possibility to bring humanitarian aid into the city and to evacuate the elderly would be impossible.” First Lady Melania Trump and her representative worked directly with Russian and Ukrainian leadership to define the terms of the localized ceasefire. The First Lady initiated discussions with both nations and aligned the parties on the agreement’s objectives, technical procedures, timing, processes, and terms, in her formal role as Exclusive Intermediary. “Non-military, civilian leaders from both countries will work together to visit Oleshky residents in their homes and determine the level of assistance they require. Residents who wish to evacuate will receive coordinated support and transportation to their preferred destination. I anticipate some will want to go to Russia, and some to Ukraine,” said First Lady Melania Trump. The First Lady continued, “I have also secured an impartial American media organization to accompany and document Russian and Ukrainian teams on the ground throughout the process. This will play a significant role in ensuring that the wishes of each family are faithfully respected.” The exigent circumstances of Oleshky came to First Lady Melania Trump’s attention during a private discussion at her Fostering the Future Together event in New York City during the 81st United Nations General Assembly. “My representative and I immediately leveraged the communication channel we established with Russia and Ukraine through the previous six reunifications of 34 children. Both nations promptly assigned teams to coordinate the complex mechanics involved, including demining. All parties have worked around the clock since that moment,” explained First Lady Melania Trump. All media inquiries for the Office of the First Lady should be directed to. About Oleshky Oleshky is located in southern Ukraine, directly across from the Dnipro River in Kherson. Before the war, roughly 24,000 people lived in Oleshky. Today, an estimated 1700-2000 residents remain, primarily older people who have been unable to leave, along with approximately 50 children. There has not been a formal demographic count in Oleshky since 2022. Since the war began, the city has remained on the front line, with much of its population displaced or evacuated. Following the destruction of the Kakhovka Dam, approximately 90 percent of the city’s territory was flooded. Distributed on October 23rd, 2026.
