Se alega que Reap, el denunciante, no dijo nada en el ascensor, pero al salir en el piso 12 dijo a Kaiser algo parecido a "muestra algo de respeto o llamo al ICE por esa perra".
Kaiser salió del ascensos y hubo un pequeño altercado, sin llegar a los golpes.
