There is a level of consciousness that enables you to know things without logical reasoning. Direct knowing. It is never wrong. Never. It bypasses rational thought process and allows you to tap into your intuitive intelligence.
As someone who has been a combat enthusiastbamd practioner for most of my life, I still regard fighting with my fists as primitive while particularly understanding the true nature of human potential. We possess dormant capabilities far beyond our current understanding, like moving things with our minds.

We all know this mentality. This subtle way of letting yourself drown in distractions while you tell yourself it's fine, secretly knowing that it's not.
It's become quite normal that people trade in their long term goals for short term pleasure without even realizing what they are doing.
Time just passes them by and when it's already too late to turn their childhood dreams into reality, they just wonder how they got here.
Full of resentment for the world and themselves they keep tagging along in their miserable existence.
But it doesn't have to be like this, it's simply a symptom of a conditioned mind.
Conditioned and tamed by dopamine, if we are clearly speaking.
You are not addicted to your phone or that cheeseburger in front of you, you are addicted to what these things make you feel.
Their immediate satisfaction is what has hijacked your system and what's constantly firing in your synapses.
The only real way to return to a lifestyle of long term thinking and delayed gratification is patience.
And I mean real patience. Not just the ability to wait. Waiting without a proper vision does never work out in the long run.
Patience has to be supported by unshakable faith and conviction.
If your dreams still mean anything to you, it is of great importance for you to learn patience, there is no way around it.
