What an incredible couple of days it has been in Dallas, TX at the 2026 Midterm Republican Convention!
As Chairman of the West Virginia Republican Party, it was an honor to lead our West Virginia delegation throughout the convention. It was an honor to be asked to sit in the Presidential Box for an hour today.
We heard about the vision of the Republican Party, the work that the Trump Administration and Republicans in Congress have done to keep their campaign promises, and laid out a stark contrast between the Republican vision of America and what the Democrats are offering. Most importantly, we emphasized the importance of getting out to vote in November.
On Wednesday, for almost two hours, we heard from President Trump as he laid out the many campaign promises he has carried through less than halfway through his second term. Last night, we heard from Vice President JD Vance on the future of our country, defending our God-given rights, and standing up for American workers and the forgotten men and women.
What a fantastic experience!
We were also honored to have House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, Congressman Jim Jordan, RNC Co-Chair KC Crosbie, Joe Mitchell, Larry Pack, and Sec. Linda McMahon attend our West Virginia events as well as State Parties from Kentucky, Montana, North Dakota, and others.

This is the heart of the H-1B and OPT SCAM.
Corporations and our own government have chosen to import cheap foreign labor because it’s easier than investing in American education and training up the next generation of skilled American workers. And now they’re addicted to the cheap foreign labor.
If we’re serious about putting America First, we have to cut out the rot, terminate these programs, and get serious about developing American talent.
Train Americans. Hire Americans. Put Americans first.
🚨 This may be one of the most important H-1B arguments I’ve heard.
MIT economist and Nobel laureate Daron Acemoglu, himself a former H-1B immigrant, says America’s reliance on skilled immigration has created a dangerous incentive:
Instead of fixing American education and developing American talent, elites can simply import the skills they need.
His point is devastating.
America has millions of kids struggling academically while we’re constantly told employers must recruit overseas because Americans don’t have the necessary skills.
Acemoglu says we’ve effectively “given up on the education of Americans” because skill gaps can be filled by importing workers.
Think about that incentive.
Why spend 15 years fixing K-12 education?
Why build serious STEM pipelines?
Why train Americans?
Why force companies to invest in entry-level workers?
Just import someone already trained.
Skilled immigration should supplement American talent, not become an excuse for failing to develop it.
And this isn’t coming from someone who opposes skilled immigration. Acemoglu explicitly says he wants skilled immigration while also restoring America’s commitment to educating its own citizens.
That’s the conversation we should be having.

Pleased to present Staff Sergeant Andrew Wolfe with the West Virginia Distinguished Service Medal in Martinsburg today. This honor recognizes conspicuous and distinguished service in the line of duty. He certainly earned this medal after he was ambushed in a targeted and brutal attack in DC on November 26, 2025.
The citizens of our state will never forget your bravery, and your service to our state and nation. All of us thank god that you are recovering and making progress every day!

It was an honor to have @kc4gop in West Virginia this weekend. She is phenomenal and is doing a great job raising money for our party and supporting candidates and state parties across the country. Thank you, KC!
CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The West Virginia Republican Party welcomed Republican National Committee Co-Chair KC Crosbie as the keynote speaker for its 2026 Summer Meeting Luncheon and to gavel in for the Summer Meeting on Saturday at the Embassy Suites in Charleston.
The luncheon brought together state executive committee members, grassroots activists, elected officials, county party officers, and volunteers from across West Virginia to hear directly from the Republican National Committee (RNC) as the Party continues preparing for the critical 2026 election cycle.
During her remarks, Co-Chair Crosbie highlighted the RNC’s continued momentum nationwide, massive fundraising advantage, discussed efforts to strengthen the conservative movement, and emphasized the importance of maintaining the grassroots energy that delivered historic victories for President Trump and Republicans across the country in 2024. She also praised the West Virginia Republican Party’s leadership team and encouraged attendees to continue expanding Republican voter registration, strengthening local party organizations, and engaging voters in every community.
Crosbie said, “It is great to be here with you all today. You all have a really great team here in West Virginia and they are working hard to support West Virginia’s candidates, Republican officials, and President Trump’s agenda.“
West Virginia Republican Party Chairman Josh Holstein thanked Crosbie for traveling to West Virginia and reaffirmed the Party’s commitment to electing Republicans at every level of government.
“It was an honor to welcome RNC Co-Chair KC Crosbie to West Virginia,” said Chairman Josh Holstein. “Her leadership at the RNC has been transformative. I am especially grateful for her commitment to building strong state parties and her outstanding advocacy for President Trump’s agenda.“
The Summer Meeting also included updates on party operations, strategic planning for the 2026 General Election, reports from party leadership, and discussions focused on continuing to build upon the Republican Party’s unprecedented success in West Virginia.
The West Virginia Republican Party extends its sincere appreciation to RNC Co-Chair KC Crosbie for joining Republicans from across our state and sharing her vision for continued conservative victories in West Virginia and across the nation.

Thank you @POTUS for approving West Virginia’s disaster declaration, delivering $4.5 million for our communities impacted by the devastating storms just two weeks ago.
These funds will allow areas of our state that were hit the hardest to begin rebuilding and help communities recover stronger in the weeks and months ahead.

I spoke to President Trump and thanked him for acting quickly to approve this request and deliver help to the people of West Virginia.
Families in our hardest-hit communities have endured tremendous hardship, and this expedited approval will provide critical assistance as they begin the difficult process of rebuilding their lives. This is an important first step.
Approximately $4.5 million is available now, and we expect that amount to grow as additional damage information is reviewed.

This is a perfect example of how so much of the discussion on here is driven by conspiracy theorists and liars. Thomas Massie is an obvious and prominent example of both.
Almost 1 million views on his post...
The bill he voted against, HR 8595, was the standard annual appropriations bill for State Department funding in 2027. Massie was the only Republican to vote against it because he's an unreliable and mostly worthless member of Congress who always finds an excuse to vote with Democrats on key bills.
More importantly, the bill has 0 language related to Spain, Ceuta, or Morocco. These things are not mentioned at all in the appropriations bill. Search it yourself.
So what's the screenshot he posted? It's a non-binding committee report simply stating U.S. policy. It absolutely does not "green light" the transfer of Spanish territory to Morocco. It obviously has nothing to do with the recent migrant rush into Ceuta.
Massie obviously knows this.
So why lie about this? Because he rightly assumes no one will check the bill, and that's what gets Massie clicks and feeds into the conspiratorial view of the world he's trying to sell.
Don’t fall for the fake Fox/GOP outrage. Two weeks ago the House passed a bill that greenlighted the transfer of Spanish territory to Morocco. Every Republican except me voted for it, but now THEY are acting shocked at the invasion.
