The whole baseball vs. cricket thing is so boring.
They're different sports. Especially test cricket and baseball.
Tests involve stamina and ever changing weather, ball and pitch conditions and the fielding team has to defend 360° of field.
Baseball doesn't have any of that.
Baseball is all gas.
You face the top pitcher, when he's tired, one inning specialists come in, the match up you don't want comes in, and then even if you're ahead in the 9th, their closer is coming in.
No let up.
Round bat on a round ball trying to hit 100 mph. So tough.
THIS? This is the video that Pat McAfee was almost in tears about? He's bringing up Charlie Kirk being killed and using that as comparison because some college kids told him to keep his shirt on and said he says corny lines..?
What? Is there a longer version..?
Soft as fuck.
Last season, we scored 49 league goals. 1.28 goals/game average.
Concede 56, so 1.47 a game.
This season, 9 in 8, 1.12 goals. Not markedly fewer, albeit a small sample.
But conceding only 0.75 a game, ~½ as many. Huge improvement!
Our attacking players have more to give, too.
Has many Labour MPs congratulated Lula?
I don't follow many but I've only seen Fabian Hamilton (my local MP) and Ed Milliband...
Silence from the Prime Minister, which is pretty... curious.
I've seen so much of this sort of sentiment from Sunderland fans, that we were there for the taking.
Yet, they created next to nothing. Roefs made better saves than Trafford and we could have had a penalty.
Feels like they're trying to convince themselves.
Today was a better performance and probably bought Le Bris the Coventry game
But yet again going forward we are so poor, theres just no vision at all
Leeds were their for the taking though and yet again we haven’t capitalised

High ball, was going to control the ball. Wasn't aware of Reinildo even being there.
High, painful, but no intent or excessive force.
Says a lot that MOTD used a still here, and not the video.
Any discussion over O'Nien's foul on DCL that should have been a penalty?
Take a point considering the weather but it would be nice to actually win some more games at some point.
I do love the fact that we're very organised, and have conceded very few goals, but Farke needs to take the shackles off a bit more.
I get that Farke feels that he wants to be defensively solid away from home, but it would be good to try to carry some level of attacking threat.
Need to continue to try to get Wilson in pockets, but on the half turn.
Wouldn't mind seeing Bahoya with 20 minutes to go, if it's 0-0
