Our short internal communication channels ensure that we work effectively with each other, quickly get important answers to continue working on our projects, making sure that not too much time is spent on internal emails and chat messages.

Today, we want to use this opportunity to give you some insights on our Team Meetings here at Walbing.
During meetings like our weekly Standup on Monday afternoon, we update each other on our successes, learnings, milestones reached, but also about changes that will happen in the near future, and where our main focus will lie over the coming week.
Of course we also make use of theme-based meetings, where we discuss new projects, our strategy, next steps that have to be taken in order to reach our goals, and many more.
Meetings like these are also very helpful to catch up with everybody, since our employees are currently free to decide, whether they want to work out of their home office or come into work.
