LeBron James is finally in a sports city that cares as much as he does.
41 years old with the pure love of the game on full display.
They’ll look me dead in the face and swear Wemby is better than this. No, he’s taller. He can’t sniff this kinda skill. Joel, at his peak, is the most skilled big I’ve ever watched.
Barkley is a moron. Based on his own logic about LeBron that means Barkley himself isn’t a hall of famer. Barkley doesn’t know basketball. It’s been clear for years.
Charles Barkley challenges the claim that LeBron James has had four Hall of Fame careers, arguing that stacking superteams should have resulted in more than four championships, while Shaq defends LeBron and reveals how he built the Lakers dynasty by demanding more star power.
Barkley questions why LeBron has only four championships despite playing alongside elite talent, especially when Michael Jordan won six. Shaq counters that recruiting top players is part of a superstar’s job, admitting he pushed the Lakers to bring in players like Rick Fox and Brian Shaw. The debate gets heated as both legends turn the argument toward each other’s championship runs and the role team building plays in defining greatness.

A vascular surgeon reached out after hearing me talk about Hurts' situation on the podcast.
Posting his comments here for what it's worth:
“Small superficial clot, below the knee, I would let him play. Put on a stocking, stay hydrated, walk around the plane every hour. But, too many unknowns. Did this happen to him before? Did it happen to a parent, a sibling? If yes, changes things, I would be much more concerned.
I always ask myself. . . should this patient have a clot? Broken bone, in a cast. . .yes, a clot can happen. Young, healthy, active, uninjured- shouldn't have a clot.
Now he has progressed to an embolus. In my opinion, he should not have developed emboli from a cleat injury unless he has an underlying clotting disorder. These can be tricky to diagnose if there is no family or personal history. Like Chris Bosh, I'm concerned for his career.”

Tyrese Maxey went to Doc Rivers’ house out of frustration over James Harden’s lack of effort in the playoffs 😳

Good riddance. I’m so glad he’s no longer an Eagle.
A.J. Brown says that defenses are intentionally taking him out of the game:
"I know what type of player I am...I get a lot of attention, teams try and take me away and it gives a lot of opportunities for other guys to make plays."

Howie didn't have a very good offseason, but the one great thing he did was get a 1 for A.J. Brown.

Joel Embiid just called tonight a “top-three night” of his career with the Sixers. Asked him about the second-half turnaround, the atmosphere and the return of “Trust The Process” chants.
Can’t remember seeing Embiid quite this happy in a while:

Jaylen Brown scored 10 of his 21 points tonight in the fourth quarter.
I asked him how he chooses his spots with all the capable scorers in the lineup.

Just like that the 76ers have beaten both of the 2026 East Finals teams to start off the season
