Be real not perfect! We worry so much about getting it right, but it’s ok to get it wrong sometimes, This is where we can learn most ! You must learn to take the good from a bad situation and run with it, because it’s all you have left! you either sit there feeling sorry for yourself or you turn it around ! Let’s go ✌️

blockchain security shouldn’t be judged only by how well a network protects users today. We should also be asking how difficult it will be to adapt when the threats change. The industry is constantly evolving, and cryptography won’t be an exception. As quantum computing advances, developers will need to keep evaluating whether the security assumptions behind today’s systems will remain reliable in the future. Nobody can predict exactly when these challenges will become practical concerns, but waiting until there’s pressure to act doesn’t sound like the best strategy. That’s one reason @Starknet has caught my attention. Its programmable accounts offer flexibility in how transactions are authorized and how signature verification works. That could make it easier to explore alternative signing methods at the account level, rather than treating every security change as something that must require a network-wide upgrade. To be clear, this isn’t the same as saying Starknet is already fully quantum-safe. There’s more work involved, and the wider security architecture still matters. But the willingness to think about future upgrades now is important. The best time to consider how a system will adapt is before the pressure to change becomes unavoidable. Start here: quantum.starkware.co/
The more i look into blockchain security, the more i realize that protecting funds today is only part of the conversation. We also need to think about what happens when the technology behind that protection needs an upgrade. It’s something that’s easy to overlook because most of us never see the cryptography working behind our wallets. We sign transactions and expect everything to remain secure. But technology changes, and security methods may eventually need to change with it. That’s one reason @Starknet approach caught my attention. Its native account abstraction gives developers more flexibility over how individual accounts validate transactions. Think of it as being able to replace one component of a security system without having to rebuild the entire infrastructure around it. If a different signature scheme becomes necessary in the future, a programmable account could potentially adopt that method without requiring a network-wide upgrade. There’s a technical detail here that makes the approach even more interesting. Account signatures handle transaction authorization, while STARK proofs verify that computations were executed correctly. They’re different parts of the system, which means changing an account’s signature verification method doesn’t automatically require changing the underlying proving system. That doesn’t solve everything, though. Starknet isn’t fully quantum-safe today, and there are still important questions around migration and its dependencies on Ethereum. I think it’s important to be honest about that rather than suggesting the problem has already been solved. What i appreciate is the idea of planning for changes before they’re forced upon us. We don’t know when quantum computing might challenge existing cryptography, and we can’t predict every security problem the industry will face. But we can build infrastructure that gives developers and users more room to respond. Personally, I think that kind of flexibility deserves more attention in crypto. Because the goal shouldn’t just be to build something secure today. It should also be to make sure we have a reasonable path forward when today’s security methods eventually need to evolve.
