Council Tax is made up of various constituent parts for the services provided by; Oxfordshire County Council, Police and Crime Commissioner for Thames Valley, Vale of White Horse District Council and finally the Parish/Town Council. This announcement refers to the last item. /1
At the Town Council Precept meeting on Monday 14th December 2020 it was agreed unanimously to require the same level of precept for 2021-2022 as we received for 2020-2021. With the occupation of houses in the new developments the overall tax base has increased. /2
This will lead to a reduction in the amount of Parish Tax payable to the Town Council from households for the coming year. /End
