Went to @southernmalting to see @hertfordtheatre 's imaginative seasonal tale, Under the Frozen Moon, which continues over the whole Christmas season after successful performances to schools - well done and great to see this in Ware!

Great to see our traditional colourful lanterns supplemented this year by the cross-street decorations and illuminated trees in the Priory, Tudor Square and along the street, plus the welcome return of #warebear after his initial appearance last year!

An excellent turnout for this afternoon's Remembrance Sunday parade and service in Ware - thanks to everyone who came. Particularly appropriate in this centenary year for the #royalbritishlegion; Ware was one of the first branches to be set up in our whole country. #LestWeForget

Bit of a full day today. Ware Town Awards meeting before opening Ware EcoAWare day at @WarePriory and manning the @WarePlan stall. Then @IsabelHospice 's moving "Lights of Love" service at Van Hage and finally a superb @Hertford_Symph orchestral concert in Ware Drill Hall!

On Sunday we renewed our Pledges of Friendship with Wulfrath and Cormeilles-en-Parisis, celebrating 50 and 20 years respectively of town twinning. Virtually by Zoom, sadly -some contortions needed to show the signing! Musical interludes provided from each town, Ware Brass for us.
