These fans of big market teams are so out of touch
I will be throwing a party when there is a lockout so these pussies can cry
Fans of big market teams legitimately live in fantasy land. They think the fans are at fault for Bob Nutting.
They think protesting in right field gets the job done
I’d rather watch Pitt play out of wildcat before I have to watch Holden Geriner take another snap for this football team
How the mighty have fallen!
With a win on Saturday, is it appropriate for Penn State fans to storm the field?
Two of our staffers argued both sides.

Local media has no problem with Penn State playing Marshall, Temple and Buffalo or West Virginia playing Coastal Carolina or UT Martin.
But local media has a big problem when Pitt plays Bucknell after Wisconsin canceled the game leaving Pitt scrambling to find a game.
How about Narduzzi complaining about #Pitt not being ranked before its Va Tech win? How about playing someone, coach? The mere fact Bucknell was on the sked should at least be temporarily disqualifying. No coach in city’s history has puts his foot in his mouth like Narduzzi has.

So Porter wanted guaranteed money beyond year one and the Steelers fell back on their outdated policy not to do that.
Even though Watt and Metcalf have guarantees beyond year one.
Porter should’ve been honest and said that. Instead, he’s an embarrassment who faked an injury.
Joey Porter Jr. will play for the #Cowboys today, not the #Steelers. Why?
Part of it goes back to a contractual philosophy for Pittsburgh. My story on what they offered him and why it didn’t work: espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/5009…

It's unfortunate that numerous national sports media folks with massive platforms immediately took to Twitter last night to cast doubt over Pitt's win and the field goal call.
Few credited Pitt for their night game road comeback, with a backup quarterback and against an unbeaten opponent, remaining undefeated on the year.
Now, there's video out that blatantly shows that the kick was missed & that the refs were correct. And there's crickets from those same media members. It's a shame.
