Amazon failed this family. ⚖️💔
My law firm @MartinMartinLLP, alongside Alder Law, PC, announced a major lawsuit ⚖️ against Amazon after 19-month-old Markel Kidd Jr. suffered catastrophic, permanent brain damage after choking on a magnetic ball toy purchased on their platform.
The product was marketed on Amazon as "safe for toddlers" and this brave mother said it best: "It's a violation of trust."
If she didn't know CPR, her son may not be alive today. Markel can no longer walk. He can no longer talk. And Amazon is still selling this toy.
No family should ever have to live this nightmare. Amazon must be held accountable.
