Tonight, Union Station shines brightly in Dolly Parton’s favorite pink, with white and yellow accents as we celebrate her remarkable life and extraordinary legacy.
Her passion for education brought her to Kansas City multiple times to celebrate her Imagination Library as it expanded throughout Kansas and Missouri, including a recent trip in 2023.
Dolly Parton’s voice, stories, humor, and generosity touched generations.
From her unforgettable music and movies to her extraordinary commitment to childhood literacy, Dolly showed us that imagination, kindness, and a big dream can take you anywhere.
