I bought McDonald’s the other night, unusual for me. I got a meal and it came to just over $15. Wow, I thought, Mickey Ds has really gone up. I just priced the same meal on Uber Eats. It came to $33. How do people afford that? Why? More than double the cost! #ubereats

#dogs #dogwalkers One of my worst fears as a dog walker happened this week. A lovely dog collapsed while I was walking her, just out of the blue. She died several hours later. She was elderly but in seemingly good health. Her owner is devastated and I’m in shock & sorrow.

Why do people add the word “lowkey” where it’s not needed? Could have said that “actors…are better in their acting”, right? I see it all the time. I know it’s how the youngsters express themselves, but why?

So on my #Apple watch the other day I picked my exercise as Mixed Cardio. Burned 194 calories. Today I did the exact same workout but picked Functional Strength Training and it was 88 calories. So not very reliable! #AppleWatch

My thoughts today are with His Majesty King Charles III and the whole Royal Family, 4 years on from the passing of Queen Elizabeth II. I still treasure my memories of the occasions I was fortunate enough to meet Her Late Majesty, and I know so many people across the country will be thinking of her today, of what she meant to them, and of the example she set. Those 70 years of service to this country will never be forgotten.
