Had a chat with a CEO today who wanted his 40 page org strategy condensed to a 2-pager. I made it fit on the back of a business card. This is also my own working methodology now too. Hope helpful. x
Psst, if collaboration isn't a central pillar of your org strategy, you might need a rethink.
There isn't a single charity on the planet that can drive system change on their own.

Just listened to a charity podcast where the target audience was definitely just the presenters.
As well as being annoying, these public power plays can also be quite damaging.
Hyping yourself up so much can belittle others.
Back slapping can make others feel excluded.
