When asked about his experience facilitating 101 women engineers online, Mr. Soonee Sushil Kumar, shared plenty of words of wisdom: 1. (On using Slido) While I learnt a new trick, I also made all the participants learn a new trick. 2. (About using technology in class) Skills and tools are very important to have excellence. 3. (His learning philosophy) I am a hardcore practitioner but I like to learn with joy and impart knowledge in more interactive and practical ways. 4. (What he's learnt so far) It’s reverse mentoring time for us. We have to learn tricks from new generations to move forward. Mr. Sonee also cheerfully remembers working with the RKH Technical Lead, Dr. binay karna, noting "Binay was actually suffering from a fracture from a game and was still able to have everything come together at the 11th hour." Recalling working closely with Mr. Sonee, Dr. Binay responded, "It's always so motivating to see Mr Sonee's face. It keeps us going. I love his passion."
