Most founders on X have followers and no buyers.
Followers don't pay. Buyers do.
I help founders get buyers from X without chasing followers.
DM "brand" and I'll tell you if it's a fit.
Top 5% of people build something
But most of them build more than one thing then wonder why they see no success.
The most successful people pick one thing and dedicate all time, energy and money into that one thing.
Weak: "I help founders with marketing."
Better: "I help founders get their first 100 followers on X."
(Example only.)
Nobody searches for "marketing help". They search for the specific problem they have right now.

Sales data shows 79% of leads never convert at all. 40% to 60% of lost deals aren't lost to competitors. They are lost to prospects making no decision.
Learning to sell urgency, learning how to handle rejections, learning how to get them to buy no is so important.

You can't convert anyone into a buyer if they don't need what you want and if the offer is bad.
Make sure the offer is good and true and that you are talking to the right people before you learn how to handle rejections.

Is this a hot take?
Must give free value before you expect to earn.

If you're building on X and you want:
- inbound leads
- followers with purchasing power
- people to see you as an authority in your niche
you should constantly be showing people why you're worth listening to.
- results you've generated
- problems you've solved
- lessons from working with clients
- your approach to solving problems
- things you know that most in your industry get wrong
The more people see how you think and work, the easier it becomes for them to trust you with their business.

Don't know about anyone else but I hate working on my laptop trying to build. It doesn't matter what lights you have around you but you can never see your laptop keyboard late at night no matter how many lights you've got around you.

Whether you are a entrepreneur, founder, 9 to 5 or student, NEVER SPEND TO IMPRESS.
I used to spend on to impress people i hated in school for their validation. I always ended up with no money saved.
Now im a full time founder i never spend to impress i only spend to save time, to learn, to test and to improve relationships.
Your future self will be let down if you spend your money on trying to impress others.

Example maths, not real numbers:
You sell a 拢400 service. You have 4 clients, so 拢1,600 a month.
You close 2 more this month. That's 拢2,400, a 50% jump.
Try getting that from a pay rise.

Get good at not turning on your phone to every notification you get
If you are working on your laptop and you hear your phone go of, don't get distracted.
Every time you you check your notifications you are making it harder to focus on what matters.

Monetisation is a shit metric to focus on.
Yes the subscription feature on x can be good, but you get paid pennies from x.
If your a founder creating a valuable product that people like and pay for is way more important to build toward.

Sart doing more fucking follow ups
If you are in the gym business and someone tells you that they like their body and don't need you right now, that may be true.. until christmas.
After christmas they may of put a few pounds and may no longer like thier body.
If you follow up after a few weeks a lot may of changed and may now need you.

I scrolled Instagram for 1 hour 20 minutes one morning.
I normally never scroll.
I'm grateful I caught it and went straight back to work.
Slipping happens. What matters is how quickly you get back to it.

I once joined a business that had only been an idea for a year.
Pay and equity were promised. Nothing was signed.
I did the brand and research work. My messages sat on read for days.
Sometimes you have to walk away from good opportunities.

The top 5% of people use AI properly but the mistake the top 5% of people make is that they end up using AI and then they take time off. I want to use AI so then I can use that spare time to grow.
