Primus lab ( formerly PADO ) is building the confidential infrastructure for institutional on-chain finance. It focuses on combining privacy + verifiability using two core technologies:
• zkTLS: Cryptographically proves that web/API data is authentic without revealing the raw data.
• zkFHE: Enables computations on encrypted data with verifiable results while keeping the process private.

Two days ago, Ripple secured final OCC approval to open Ripple National Trust Bank.
@Ripple has come a long way from being the crypto company sued by the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2020 and ultimately paying a $125 million penalty after the court found certain institutional XRP sales violated securities laws (while ruling $XRP @XRP itself is not a security on secondary markets). That case closed in 2025 with the mixed judgment left intact.
Now, they have not only cleared that major regulatory barrier but have gone ahead to embed themselves inside the traditional banking system. The new federally chartered trust bank will oversee the segregated reserves backing RLUSD, act as collateral trustee for holders, and provide fiduciary digital-asset custody. This places the stablecoin under both NYDFS and federal OCC supervision.
What this means is that crypto is gaining more legal acceptance and institutional infrastructure. Regulated stablecoins and custody are moving from legal gray areas into supervised banking frameworks, which should expand real-world utility and institutional participation over time.

There's been quite a lot going on with $PAPER lately.
The team has been working on Paper Swap, and from their latest update, it's already fully functional, with the Swap Volume Leaderboard also live.
What's interesting is that swap volume will count toward an upcoming $PAPER airdrop, so there's another reward opportunity to look forward to.
